This mission will be accomplished by supporting the development and implementation of uniformly applied regulations, codes, and standards. In addition, the effective education of legislative officials, permitting officials, and the first responder community will be a crucial component towards meeting achieving this mission. The team will execute the analysis of data and synthesis of appropriate recommendations to achieve the goal of infrastructure deployment by 2010. The Implementation team will serve as a competent body of experts for interfacing with public and private stakeholders, permitting officials, codes and standards development organizations, and industry.     Participating Parties   Co-Chairs Christine Sloane, General Motors (bio) Andrei V.
