They are updated monthly on the progress of the Blueprint Plan.     Governor's EO Team The Executive Order calls for CalEPA to lead the development of the Blueprint Plan. The EO Team supports the Panel, the Topic Teams and the Senior Review Committee.     Implementation Advisory Panel The Implementation Advisory Panel represents active partners in the CA H2 Network. The Panel members have expertise and experience to bring to the process and will provide input, review and offer revisions to improve Topic Team reports. They will provide input that is constructive to the well-being of the State of California and contribute to the goal of achieving the Governor’s vision for hydrogen in the State in accordance with Executive Order S-7-04.
